Every few years we come across people who claim to have invented a Water Fuelled Car! There are some men who go ahead to make a big buck by sharing their plans for all the money and tell the public that they can save huge amounts by not having to buy gasoline anymore. Of course like clockwork eventually the rumor is proved false and the public is disappointed again. The public wants waterfuelled cars but the technology just isn’t there yet. Somebody would have to invent a water fuel cell that actually works according to the laws of thermodynamics in order to make the water fuelled cars a reality. Though there are scientists working day and night on this it is yet to be invented. In order to use a water fuel cell in a car it needs to be deployed according to the perpetual motion machine. This means that the water fuel cell would be able to break down each water molecule into its two major components hydrogen and oxygen. More energy needs to be gained than spent during the process in order to make this happen. The leftover energy is used during the combustion of the accumulated hydrogen.
Theoretically speaking here is how a waterfuelled engine should be built. Instead of a gasoline tank a water tank needs to be installed. Two metal plates should be connected to an electrical charge thereby making them work as electrodes. Electrical current is passed through the water tank by the car battery. This separates the water molecules and reform them into two diatomic elemental molecules: H2 and O2. The H2 appears at the negatively charged electrode and the O2 appears at the positively charged electrode. Now the obtained hydrogen ions are combusted to run the car. Using this method hydrogen can replace gasoline combustion in most automobiles.
So far this theory is still being worked out and tested. However there is still a question mark to this theory if hydrogen is safe to be used in the cars engine. Water fueled cars are in demand due to its ecofriendly nature. Unfortunately this technology has not been released for public consumption.
